Miałem styczność z wieloma systemami ecommerce. Zaczynałem w zasadzie wraz z momentem gdy sprzedaż Internetowa stawiała swoje pierwsze kroki, a na rynku królował oscommerce.

Wpierw pracując dla różnych firm, a później testując rozwiązania pod swoją działalność, zetknąłem się z wieloma aplikacjami. I CS-Cart znajduje się u mnie w ścisłej czołówce wszelkich rozwiązań, a już na pewno na pierwszym miejscu jeśli chodzi o jakość i możliwości, względem ceny.

Tak jak wspomniałem, na początku pracowałem na oscommerce i aż się dziwie że ludzie dzisiaj jeszcze siedzą na tym archaicznym silniku który nie uległ wielkim zmianom od swojego powstania. Później dane mi było się zetknąć z Sote (nie w najnowszej wersji 5.x) który nie miał nawet połowy opcji co Cs-Cart. Następnie Magento. Testy isklep, shoper, clickshop, jak i wiele innych, a w tym także mocne przyjrzenie się IAI-shop który miał być moim wyborem, ale od razu zrezygnowałem jak zobaczyłem co i za ile ma w ofercie CS-Cart.

Przechodząc do konkretów. To co jest największą siłą systemy CS-Cart to jego ogromna elastyczność. Wiele systemów lansuje się że można sklep dostosowywać całkowicie do własnych potrzeb. Co jest całkowitą bzdurą, bo większość z nich oferuje jedynie możliwość np. przenoszenia boxu z jednej kolumny na drugą. A wszystko wygląda szablonowo.

W CS-Cart bez żadnej wiedzy programistycznej można stworzyć całkowicie unikalne: karty produktów, listing, jak i wszelkie strony.

Stopień rozbudowania i zaawansowania opcji jest niesamowity. A co ważniejsze, opcjonalność systemu tworzona jest pod względem przydatności i standardów na rynku ecommerce, a nie tylko po to żeby te opcje były.

Świetnym przykładem może być system filtracji produktów, które stanowią priorytet w wyszukiwaniu produktu np. na Amazonie, podczas gdy wiele systemów nadal tkwi w zwykłych kategoriach, a sklepy są zmuszane zagnieżdżać produkt coraz głębiej. Wyszukanie np. gry pod względem kompatybilności kontrolera ... życzę powodzenia z tym w większościach systemów.

To co także istotne i w moim mniemaniu jest plusem to fakt że oprogramowanie jest tworzone przez zagraniczny zespół. Dzięki temu trzyma się znacznie lepiej standardów.

Przyznam się szczerze że w związku z tym sam miałem obawy czy system będzie odpowiedni na nasz rynek. Jednak już po pierwszym zetknięciu się z polskim supportem, przekonałem się że nie tylko czynnie wspierają oni rozwój i tworzą specjalne moduły, ale także zapewniają świetne wsparcie techniczne.

A propo modułów, tutaj pojawia się kolejny plus. Albowiem oprogramowanie ma formę otwartą, przez co społeczność może tworzyć masę dodatków, które często są też i za darmo.

I tu jest druga najważniejsza rzecz oprogramowania CS-Cart. Jest to system do którego realnie mamy dostęp. Nie wciska nam się marnej jakości serwerów. Żeby zmienić jeden przycisk nie trzeba pisać zgłoszenia i czekać dniami na reakcje. Do wszystkiego mamy dostęp.

Właśnie to mnie najbardziej zniechęcało przy systemie IAI Shop, gdzie tak naprawdę nie mam żadnej realnej kontroli nad systemem oprogramowania, poza panelem administracyjnym. Gdzie jestem zdany na serwery do których nie mam żadnego dostępu i na których znajduje się masa innych sklepów.

Zalecam się nad tym zastanowić, czy naprawdę cały swój biznes warto poświęcać w ręce jednej firmy i gdzie na np. zmianę jednej grafiki można czekać dniami.

CS-Cart posiada praktycznie każdą możliwą funkcję i wciąż dodaje nowe, wraz z rozwojem rynku. Niektóre funkcje, szczególnie do promocji, są tak rozbudowane że nawet nie wiadomo z czego wpierw korzystać do uatrakcyjnienia oferty.

A teraz cena. I to jest najbardziej nierealne. Bo oprogramowanie, już na stałe można mieć od 1500 zł. Żadnych abonamentów, żadnych przymusowych przedłużeń. Za tą cenę dostaje się całkowicie stabilną wersję. Bez problemu można do tego kupić szablon, lub oczywiście lepiej zrobić swój i za także znośną cenę polski support wdroży to w system. Można także samemu wdrożyć szablon, nawet przez panel administracyjny.

Bardzo szybko opanowaliśmy obsługę panelu administratora, co niewątpliwie jest ogromnym plusem programu. Zaskoczyła nas mnogość dostępnych opcji, możliwości sklepu - wszystko bardzo przydatne do skonfigurowania sklepu tak, by był przyjazny klientowi, przejrzysty. Podziękowania dla obsługi z Softsolid za pomoc w przystosowaniu skórki sklepu do naszych potrzeb i techniczne wsparcie przy samym jego uruchamianiu - odpowiadali na każdego maila, cierpliwie słuchali i tłumaczyli przez telefon :). W planach mamy wprowadzenie dodatkowych modułów, z pewnością skorzystamy z usług Pana Roberta i jego współpracowników. Pozdrawiamy :).

Rozbudowany panel administratora dający możliwość pełnej obsługi sklepu, mnóstwo bardzo użytecznych opcji dodatkowych. Wszystko jasne i klarowne – bardzo przyjazny interface użytkownika. Generalnie z poziomu panelu możemy zmieniać w sklepie wszystko, program jest bardzo elastyczny. Przyjazny system szablonów, bloki przenoszone za pomocą myszki i sam skomponowałem grafikę do sklepu.
Fantastyczny support, odpowiedzi są udzielane w krótkim czasie i bardzo wyczerpująco. Jak miałem z czymś kłopot, zawsze otrzymywałem pomoc, nigdy nie odesłano mnie z kwitkiem.

Z przyjemnością wystawiam bardzo pozytywną opinię firmie SoftSolid i oprogramowaniu CS-Cart, które u nich kupiłem. Pozdrawiam.

W przeciągu dwóch godzin spędzonych w panelu administracyjnym udało mi się dostosować sklep do moich potrzeb pod każdym względem, dokładnie tak jak chciałem! Ogromna liczba możliwości, prosta obsługa, intuicyjne zarządzanie, funkcjonalności, których nie widziałem w innych sklepach. Nie żałuję wyboru i zachęcam innych do zakupu oprogramowania CS-CART.

To bez wątpienia rewelacyjny sklep! Ma chyba wszystkie funkcje jakie można sobie wyobrazić! Inne sklepy na jego tle wypadają bardzo blado – sprawdzałem :). Łatwa instalacja, prosty panel admina, świetne wsparcie techniczne ze strony firmy SoftSolid. Polecam innym, gwarantuję, że nie będą rozczarowani. CS Cart to bardzo dobry wybór.

Każdy może przetestować ten sklep w wersji demo i zobaczyć ile tam jest funkcji. Ja właśnie ze względu na tą ilość i ich przydatność wybrałem CS-Cart spośród wielu innych programów do prowadzenia sklepów internetowych. Wśród znalezionych przeze mnie oprogramowań CS-Cart wydał mi się najciekawszy i najbardziej funkcjonalny. Jeśli ktoś poważnie myśli o swoim biznesie i chce zainwestować w coś konkretnego, to warto zdecydować się na oprogramowanie sprzedawane przez firmę SoftSolid. Soft świetnie się rozwija (z tego co wiem trwają prace nad kilkoma nowymi funkcjonalnościami), rozwiązania są naprawdę solidne, dostępne funkcje często praktycznie niespotykane w innych sklepach internetowych na naszym rynku, panel administracyjny bardzo ciekawy i przejrzysty, bardzo dobre zaplecze SEO (sklep się naprawdę ładnie indeksuje). Support techniczny błyskawicznie reaguje na wszystkie uwagi, kontakt mailowy i telefoniczny z firm ą bardzo dobry.

Oprogramowanie CS-Cart warte jest swojej ceny. Mimo, że soft ten nie jest jeszcze w Polsce zbyt dobrze znany, jestem przekonany, że wkrótce będzie na topie wśród tego typu rozwiązań na rynku e-commerce.

Fantastyczne oprogramowanie, jestem bardzo zadowolony :).

Sklep prosty w obsłudze, panel administratora bardzo intuicyjny. Bałem się, bo na początku wszystko wydawało się skomplikowane, ale moje obawy okazały się bezpodstawne – wszystko poustawiałem bez problemu, sklep działa jak powinien od samego początku :) .

Fajna obszerna dokumentacja, napisana w przystępny sposób. Nieoceniona pomoc pracowników SoftSolid, błyskawicznie odpowiadali na moje maile, telefony.

Polecam oprogramowanie cs-cart i współpracę z firmą SoftSolid.

Ogólnie także chciałem dopowiedzieć kilka słów swojej opinii o tym sklepie. Na który trafiłem przez przypadek (stopka sklepu neo24).
Mimo że nadal jestem w stanie testów, to jednak jestem bardzo mocno zaskoczony faktem że to oprogramowanie jest tak ... dobre . I którego siła, przynajmniej mam takie wrażenie, leży w niesamowitej konfigurowalności i elastyczności.

Powiem że miałem do czynienia z wieloma systemami sklepowymi. Sam stawiałem swoje pierwsze sklepy na osc (aż się dziwie że jeszcze taki procent ludzi na tym siedzi), później w swojej pracy pracowałem na sote (fakt na tej starszej wersji), też testowałem magento, a przed wyborem dla siebie większość wersji demo na rynku.

I jestem zszokowany, głównie dlatego że CS-Cart jest tani, dostaje się go jako produkt nie usługę i ma się realny dostęp do źródła a do samego sklepu, nie mówiąc już o wciskaniu marnej jakości serwerów (iai :) ), a przykładowo w moim odczuciu bije na głowę pod względem funkcjonalności np. sote .

Obawiałem się że może support pl będzie leżał. Ale po, choć krótkim, naszym kontakcie i tu widzę same plusy.

Także, chcąc podsumować, jestem naprawdę bardzo zadowolony. Z pewnością także jeszcze skorzystam z Państwa usług, bo pewnie zainteresują mnie z czasem dodatkowe moduły. A także myślę że warto sam soft rozwijać właśnie pod względem polskiego rynku.

Some carts were good but were too much focussed on the US (no good European payment providers, no multi language, etc) CS-cart is the only cart that offers everything we want and more, for a fantastic price. I have now finished setting up one store with around 800 products with CS-Cart V 2.1.3, and as per my experience of 1 month, it blows the competitors out of the water, IMHO. Let me back this up with concrete data: a) Features: This is where CS-Cart leaves other scripts far behind. Based on my experience of buying and adding mods, I fully endorse the views expressed in http://forum.cs-cart.com/showthread.php?t=499 , where the poster states that Cs-Cart includes mods worth $ 800 in-built. Another very powerful feature is the “Blocks” & “Hooks” feature. It makes the cart infinitely customizable, without messing around with PHP files. b) Support: In my opinion, this is the biggest strength of the company. The support personnel are extremely professional, knowledgeable and come across as willing to solve your problems. You typically get response within 1 day (less for me, since my time zone is only +2 hours). Some people had implied that support folks try to sell their custom development services. In my opinion, and experience so far, this is an unfair allegation. I have found (like some other posters had also shared), that the support team does help you do minor design changes within the purview of support. You only need to look at the quality of the Knowledgebase at kb.cs-cart.com to get a realistic view of how serious Simbirsk is about helping getting people the maximum from their cart investment. In the last 30 days, I have begun to have a sense of camaraderie with the support folks, and I am very comfortable approaching them with “dumb questions” or minor tweaks, knowing that they will help me meet my needs. I have used a number of different shopping carts...and tried virtually all of them at one point or another. I am currently running a Joomla/VirtueMart store while developing a new store based on CS-CART. My experience is that VirtueMart is a pain if you want/need anything more than just the simple set up. It has nowhere near the "features" I need to sell my products the way I want to sell them...and their Forums are a mess, literally worthless. I've got simple questions out there that haven't been answered for months... I tried SunShop...it's a reasonably comparable shopping cart to CS-CART...quite easy to work with and not complicated at all. I could recommend it for those just beginning. However, it didn't provide everything I needed to do what I want with my store and it costs about the same as CS-CART. I've been through Pinnacle Cart, Interspire, X-Cart, ViArt, DigiShop and Volusion. None of these can even compare to my CS-CART experience, I've actually had "FUN" working with it and the people here on this Forum...I can't remember the last time I had fun working with an application. The code, format and functionality is well written and organized, once you understand how it works, it's been quite simple to do things that I need to do on my own. Their support has been phenominal! I have made 36 support requests and all but 2 of them were addressed and explained thoroughly the very next day. The 2 that weren't are currently being worked on. I have the utmost confidence in this shopping cart, their support and the people who volunteer their time on this Forum. First, I am very impressed with the docs - A full 338 page user manual, that looks extremely carefully done. It appears to have been written with an eye towards being understood, and providing a modicum of context, as opposed to the much lazier method, of just listing what each granular function does. The install for the beta cart is WONDERFUL! Although the 1.x admin interface was lovely, the 2.0 interface is even prettier. VERY Web 2.0, in a good way. Tabs up top, with big shiny letters, and enough DHTML so they just open right up, no waiting. Woo hoo! The out-of-the-box experience of the demo store is already so far beyond the visual user experience of Zen Cart! That just feels very Web 1.0, and this is so clean and pretty! Loving it already. Clean, pretty, friendly. Very nice drop-down multi-level category menus. Nice--when you click on the sub-tabs in the product listings, again DHTML means you don't have to wait for a server call. This is very designed with a real buyer in mind -- one-page checkout, easy breezy feel throughout. And so far, they seem to have a *very* rich feature set, even including drop-ship capability, real-time shipping calcs for all the major players, and an amazing array of payment options. And quite happily, since the 1.x version, they have intergrated the WYSIWYG editor so it appears in-frame when you want it, not in a popup window. And it's a good technology -- pretty sure the same as the one used by WordPress. (Note - As a designer, I'd like to be able to DISABLE some of the local formatting options! Probably not too hard to do.) Adding a category, automatically pretty little "add a product" and "add a subcategory" links handily available. They have really thought this interface through -- that is the only way you get simplicity with comprehensiveness! Ive found them to be rude on most occassions and when you have a problem they want to charge you extra to fix it, even within the 30 day warranty. I chose to go with miva because of developer support and module extendability. I used tons of mods and was happy to have them. I also had to write a script to build static pages -it was good because of search engines but necessary because of speed. at the time, i knew of no carts that could do this. 5 yrs Later a developer made a mod for this made things little easier. but wow everything was slow - it got to the point that the store administrators were incapacitated because of limitations mostly do to the ineffecient code (time-outs) and incredible time requirements to make any updates. later i decided to go to miva 5 this was the worst decision of my life i had a highly customized store with tons of mods all which i purchased for 5 and a few more to try to get my current store functionality into ,plus i hired 2 developers to write code that wouldnt work in M5 because the never published the new DB function library. ultimate waste of $600 Anyhow i went in search of a new cart and was amazed at the crap that is still out ther 8 years after i originally started. nothing that was search engine friendly and certainly nothing that had all the functionality that i had added to my store with miva mods. I really needed static pages with that just because i have been spoiled on the performance and believe it always helped my conversions. this in itself was almost impossible mind all the other things i required.there were less than 8 out of 1000s that were even search engine friendly. Anyhow when i found cs-cart I knew it was what i needed i demo'd it and was astounded by its features. out the box was most like my store, and it wasnt hard to get some special customizations i wanted took 15 min for what i wasted 2 weeks $600 in M5. all this and search friendly, best function,best admin, best support, best price."
